Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about quotes, channels, delivery, invoicing, and after-sales support. If your question isn't covered below, please call or submit a message directly.
Quotation & Inquiry Process
We recommend providing the model, quantity, target delivery date, and packaging requirements. For a complete BOM list, you can upload or paste it directly; we'll verify each item's specifications and provide a unified quote.
Standard models typically receive quotes and delivery updates within one business day. For scarce, discontinued, or overseas-sourced items, we first need to confirm channel availability, which may extend the response time. We will keep you updated on progress.
Quotations are based on ex-works terms by default. Freight and taxes will be itemized separately according to the delivery address and invoicing requirements, with full details provided prior to order confirmation.
Source Channels & Quality Documentation
Source channel documentation is provided in batches during supply, including authorized original channels, in-stock inventory channels, and overseas sourcing channels. This supports customer traceability during incoming inspection and after-sales service.
Common packaging options include tape and reel, trays, and tubes. Custom packaging to match your production line requirements is also available. Bulk components are marked separately; you can specify the preferred packaging format when confirming your order.
Yes. Most standard models support sample applications for solution validation and trial production. Sample quantity and costs will be provided in the inquiry response.
Delivery & Logistics
Standard models from inventory channels are typically shipped within a few business days after confirmation. Delivery times for order channels and overseas sourcing models depend on actual channel feedback and will be clearly communicated before you place your order.
Domestic support includes express and dedicated line delivery. Bulk cargo can be arranged for full truckload (FTL) or less-than-truckload (LTL) logistics. Export and Hong Kong/Macau region delivery methods are available upon request.
Yes. Phased delivery by project stage is a common practice. Quantities and delivery schedules for each batch will be confirmed at order placement to support production planning.
Billing & Settlement
Yes. Please provide invoicing details when placing your order, and we will issue invoices based on the agreed invoicing type and project scope.
Standard settlement is via corporate bank transfer. Long-term partners may negotiate credit terms, with specific amounts and cycles determined based on cooperation conditions.
After-Sales Support & Small-Batch Orders
Contact us as soon as you receive your order and provide the batch number and photos. If we confirm that discrepancies in specifications or quantity are due to the supplier, we'll arrange a replacement or reshipment.
Yes. We can arrange sample and small-batch trial production to help you verify solutions and run pilot tests on the production line before mass production.
We'll first verify existing channel inventory. If direct supply isn't possible, we'll provide a parameter comparison and alternative model recommendations, highlighting key differences for R&D review.
